How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
Rents start at $1950, all units feature a full size washer/dryer, wood burning fireplace, modern stainless steel appliances, and one covered parking space.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Dog stations throughout, amazon hub, pool, spa, BBQ area, and gym.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes, we are pet friendly. We allow up to two pets, there is a $500 pet deposit as well as $50 per month pet rent. If it is a service or companion animal (with proper documentation) their is no deposit or pet rent. No aggressive breads nothing over 35lbs.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
12 months, no shorter terms.
How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?
Online or by phone.
How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
All applications are done online and are required for everyone over 18 years of age. It is $ 56.00, we will look for good previous rental history, good credit and the income combined for all applicants to be 2.5 times the rental amount.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
All residents are assigned one covered space, we have limited guest parking.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
No utilities are included. Residents are responsible for Electric, Gas, Water, Sewage, and Garbage.
Is the community gated or secured?
We are a gated community.
What schools serve the community?
Our local schools are Dover Elementary, Grange Middle School, and Fairfield High School.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
We are minutes from HWY 80, 12 and public transit.
What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?
We are within minutes from Walmart, Raleys, The Loop, Texas Roadhouse, Solano Town Center, Regal Edwards Cinema and Downtown Fairfield.
What parks, trails, and outdoor recreation are close to the community?
We are close to Hillview Park and Sunrise Park.
What makes this apartment community unique compared to other apartments in the area?
We are within walking distance to shopping and major interstates, gym, schools and dining.
